Our Shipping provider is Canada Post. Parcel Pick up is Tuesdays and Fridays and tracking numbers are generally updated within 24 hours of being sent out.
Shipping options are as follows:
- Standard within CANADA - FREE ** No Tracking No Insurance
- Express shipping within CANADA- Price from $13-22 including tracking and insurance
- INTERNATIONAL - Prices Vary $10+ All options include tracking and insurance.
